By booking or using our services, the client agrees to the Terms & Conditions established by Deep Clean Solution LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern all services provided in Bucks County and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

CONSENT TO COMMUNICATION

By scheduling an appointment, submitting a contact form, or otherwise providing your information, you expressly consent to receive service-related and promotional communications from Deep Clean Solution LLC via SMS, MMS, email, phone calls, voice messages, and online messaging platforms. This includes communications about scheduling, service updates, reminders, special offers, and marketing campaigns. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided. This section complies with U.S. marketing regulations and supports campaign approval requirements.

SCHEDULING POLICY

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details when scheduling. Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Frequent last-minute changes may lead to service refusal.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Our services are limited to the tasks described in the agreed service outline. We do not perform:

  • Structural repairs
  • Heavy lifting (over 25 lbs)
  • Biohazard removal
  • Pest control

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must:

  • Secure pets and valuables during service
  • Provide access to water and electricity
  • Ensure safe working conditions We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages
  • Unsecured items
  • Fragile items not disclosed prior to service Clients must report any issues within 24 hours of service.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, cards, and digital payments. Late payments may incur fees.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before legal action. Legal proceedings will fall under Pennsylvania jurisdiction.

COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By providing contact information, you agree to receive service-related and promotional communications per our Privacy Policy.

PUBLIC INFORMATION
