  • Ensure safe working conditions We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages
  • Unsecured items
  • Fragile items not disclosed prior to service Clients must report any issues within 24 hours of service.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, cards, and digital payments. Late payments may incur fees.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before legal action. Legal proceedings will fall under Pennsylvania jurisdiction.
